Professor Debra Drexler is featured in Slow News International : Big picture issues sent slow mail... scrolls from artist around the world! The exhibition is running from September 1st - October 10th at the ARTS at Marks Garage [1159 Nu'uanu Avenue Honolulu, HI].Slow News is curated by Peggy Cyphers of BROADTHINKING Curatorial Project of New York City and in collaboration with Rich Richardson of ARTS at Marks Garage.
Debra Drexler who has previously worked with both curators is the only artist from Hawai'i featured in this exhibition of artist from all over the world. There are two First Friday receptions of the show: September 4th and October 2nd from 5 - 10 pm.
