Jeff Kurosaki News

 BFA alum Jeff Kurasaki went onto receive a MFA from Cranbrook Academy. Since completing his MFA his studio practice has evolved into an entirely collaborative one under the name of The Friendly Falcons.  TFF has been showing regularly in New York and participating in studio residencies, most recently at Sculpture Space. Other recent and upcoming activities in 2012 include a group show at the New Wilmington Arts Association in Delaware, and performing in Art in Odd Places, a performance festival that takes place along 14th street in New York City, and in Dumbo Arts Festival of Brooklyn, New York.

Robert Reed news

 Recent MFA recipient Robert Reed will be showing in the exhibition Big Art / Miniature Golf (July 18- October 7, 2012) at Boca Raton Museum of Art in Boca Raton, Florida. The exhibit is part of a fully playable miniature golf course from artists across the United States. In addition, Reed will also be designing a piece for the museum window.

Megan Bent News

Recently graduated MFA Megan Bent is included in 10x 10x 10x 2012, a juried exhibition of small works in Tieton Washington. She was also been selected (competitively) to be a member of the McGuffey Art Center. As a member she has access to a studio space and participate in their summer exhibition which opens on July 7 until mid August.
