“+/- Selected Works with Paper,” by Maya Lea Portner (MFA alum)
The exhibition of two-dimensional work includes drawings, paper-cuts, and sewn constructions. Through the use of patterns, Portner investigates the tension between the superficiality of decoration and the meanings of underlying motifs.
