MA student Travis Seifman, is serving as Production Dramaturg in The Vengeful Sword, an upcoming Kabuki production at Kennedy Theatre. Seifman draws from his art historical scholarship to assume a major role in production by providing cast and crew with historical/cultural background on their characters and the setting. Seifman is also playing a small role in the play itself.
The Vengeful Sword opens on April 8, 2011.
On Saturday April 23rd Travis will be presenting a pre-show chat "The Real Story Behind the Play."
